
At the beginning of the new fiscal year, the Finance Department and the National Board of Revenue have launched a system for importers, exporters and their designated C&F agents to submit import-export related customs and taxes directly to the government treasury through the Automated Challan System (A-Chalan). The release said that through this system, successful technical integration has been completed between the NBR’s customs system, Asicuda World, and the Finance Department’s IBAS++ platform. Online payments can be made through internet banking, debit or credit card, bKash, Nagad, Upaya, Rocket, mCash, Trustpay, etc. in the A-Chalan system.
